There was no free parking, and the staff seemed confused when I mentioned that I needed to park my car. They were very slow to react to my questions, and told me there could be a problem because my wife was with me, I don't carry my marriage certificate everywhere with me. I asked to see this written instruction, but it did not exist. Very retarded attitude. I was happy to leave, which I did 4 hours before check out.

Apartment was quite dirty, kitchen was dirty with food stains on wall, stove and floor, no cleaning equipment, ie, no cloth, no dishwashing liquid. Room smelt very stale and had to buy airfreshner. Tv did not work for 5 days, reported it and got excuse after excuse, no offer of discount when asked. Cordless phones would not work and were out of range, wireless internet only worked near front door. Faulty lamp in bedroom that was arcing out, flickering light in bathroom drove me crazy. One of the worst places I have stayed at and the staff really did not do anything to make it any better. Steer well clear.

There was no parking and we were not told that there was not any free parking when we checked in although the front desk clerk saw us unpacking our car. We incurred a $150 fine for parking outside the hotel. The next night the staff 'parked' the car but seemed to use it for their own personal business. When our car was brought to us, we found an empty coke can left in the car and radio left on The room had a weird smell. Kitchen had old dirty pots & pans. Washing machine did not work. Furniture was shabby and old. Bedding was not at an acceptable standard. Finally, it was just too hard to find the hotel location. We needed gps to locate the hotel, which was located in some maze of streets & buildings. No suitable restaurants nor grocery stores nearby. Dsl connection advertised but only Wifi was provided.
